Kit
Dress for your character. Prepare for an outdoor weekend.
Costume
Bring costuming appropriate for your character, the High Frontier setting, and the site.
The game takes place in woodland, in England, in September. It may be cold, wet, or muddy. There will be nettles. We recommend sturdy footwear and layers of clothing.
Marine players
Marines on leave have a relaxed dress code and could turn up wearing uniform, civilian clothes or a mixture.
Civilian players
On LV–492, civilians wear practical clothing suitable for doing their job in a relatively untamed environment.
Some roles may have uniforms. We'll discuss those with you when discussing characters.
Safety equipment
All players must carry:
- A whistle to signal in case of emergency
- A torch (after dark)
Drinking water
Bring a water bottle. You can refill it on site.
It is very easy to get focused on the game and become dehydrated. Try not to!
Laser tag equipment
Loan equipment is available but please contact us in advance if you require it.
All players must be equipped with a lasertag sensor and may carry a gun appropriate to their character.
Medic characters should carry a lasertag SIAB
Bug repellent
Mosquitoes love damp woodland in September. You may find bug repellent fends off some bites.
Other packing
Don't forget a change of clothes, hygiene products, medication, and any other day to day necessities you require.
