Rules & safety

Game rules

Combat uses laser tag and light touch. Some character abilities use abstract skill challenges.

Our setting guide includes the game rules we use.

Consent, stopping play, and conduct reporting

We expect attendees to operate on consent-first principles and encourage them to halt play if they need to.

Please see our club rules for details.

You can contact our Safety Officer at ukltasafetyofficer@gmail.com or talk to a designated person at the game if you experience problems or have questions.

Connectivity and emergencies

The site has generally good mobile phone signals. We collect emergency contact details from participants.

We have a first aid kit at our games and several of our regular attendees are qualified first aiders.

We require all participants to carry a whistle (and torch after dark) with which to signal in case of emergency on the game field.
